Perk Wish List and Ideas

I did not create the non bold perk list, TheOmegaLegacy did. I edited using bold print. None of this has been confirmed it is just a wish list. The challenges are mine though.
Covert - Covert is the 'Ghost' and 'Cold-Blooded' of Modern Warfare 3. This Perk is designed for players who like to avoid close quarter combat and for players who wish to remain hidden. The default feature of Covert keeps you invisible to enemy UAVs. The pro feature prevents you from being spotted by enemy killstreak rewards and thermal sights. You should seperate the "Invisible to all Killstreaks" to: for Semi-Pro tier "Invisble to UAV, Black Bird, and Thermal Scopes" and for Pro "Invisible to all Killstreaks".
Specialist - This Perk is similar to Lightweight from previous games. This Perk is for players who wish to get close to the enemy. The default feature increases your movement speed while running and while walking. The pro variant increases your speed when prone and crouched. It also keeps you from taking damage from any survivable fall. Semi-Pro "Walk faster while Crouched or Prone" Pro "Take no Fall Damage from a Survivable Fall"
Recon - Recon is closely related to 'Hardline' from Black Ops and MW2. Recon is for players who wish to aid their team using killstreak rewards by obtaining them faster. The default feature of Recon allows you to obtain killstreaks 1 kill less. The pro variant shows you on the radar where enemy UAVs are, where air strikes, etc are going to hit and also whether an ammo drop has been hacked.Semi-Pro "See where Enemy UAVs and Counter UAVs are on Radar and hack Care Packages" Pro "See where Enemy Airstrikes will land on Radar
Veteran - This Perk is a brand new Perk which hasn't yet been sighted in any CoD games. The default feature of Veteran increases the capture speed of objective points, headquarters etc. The pro variant increases the range of which you can capture an objective from giving you an extended area to hide in while you capture the objective, in addition your smoke grenades last longer giving you more time to capture objectives under cover.Semi-Pro "Smoke Grenades last longer" Pro " Larger Area of which you can Capture and Objective"
Anti Explosive Jacket - This Perk is similar to Flak Jacket from Black Ops. This is for players who want to get right into close quarters and defend objectives or even attack objectives under heavy explosive protection. The default feature reduces your explosive damage taken allowing you to survive most explosions. However most actions are slowed, includes reloading, aiming and walking. The pro variant protects you from fire damage. Semi-Pro "Protected from Fire Damage" Pro "Doubled Explosive Resistence (from normal Explosive resistance atleast)"
Bandolier - This Perk is for players who want to start their games with better supplies allowing them to last longer. The default feature allows you to spawn with full ammunition. The pro variant spawns you with extra grenades and equipment.Semi-Pro "Spawn with 2 Lethal Grenades and 3 Tactical Grenades" Pro "Spawn with 2 Equipment"
Sharpshooter - Sharpshooter is for players who like to stay at longer ranges and take out enemy forces from where their guns may often not be able to take you out. Sharpshooter's default feature reduces recoil on your firearms, the pro variant allows you to aim down the sight faster. Semi-Pro "Aim Down Sights faster" Pro "Suppressed Weapons no longer lose Range or Damage"
Sniper - Sniper is a basic Perk that is for making it easier to use Sniper Rifles at long distances. The default feature increases your breath-hold time. The pro variant allows you to switch weapons faster. Semi-Pro "Switch Weapons Faster" Pro "Weapons have Increased Range"
Quick Draw - Quick Draw is pretty much Sleight of Hand only without the pro. Quick Draw's main feature increases your reload speed, the pro variant allows you to aim fast after sprinting. Semi-Pro "Aim Down Sights faster after Sprinting" Pro "Reload while Sprinting"
Reflexes - Reflexes is a new Perk with some various Perk extractions from previous games. The main feature increases your knifing recovery speed, the pro variant allows you to switch to sprint, stand, crouch or prone faster. Semi-Pro " Switch to Sprint, Stand, Prone, and Crouch faster" Pro "Fire Rate of Weapon is Increased"
Scavenger - Scavenger is for players who want to last longer on the battlefield. The main feature allows you to resupply from dead enemies and team mates. The pro variant allows you to resupply equipment and grenades. Semi-Pro "Resupply Lethal and Tactical Grenades" Pro "Resupply Equipment and be able to hold Extra Ammunition"(Hold an extra to clips, not spawn with moe ammo)
Bomb Squad - Bomb Squad is a Perk for more cautious players on close quarter maps where equipment placement is vital. The main feature allows you to see equipment through walls. The pro variant allows you to hack their equipment. Semi-Pro "Hack enemy Equipment" Pro "Increased Explosive Damage against Anti Explosive Jacket users"(2x Multiplyer)
Runner - Runner is similar to Marathon from previous games. The main feature allows you to run for an extended duration. The pro variant increases your sprint recovery time.Semi-Pro "Increased Sprint Recovery time" Pro "Run for an infinite amount of time"
Infiltrator - Infiltrator is a Perk for more covert-style players. The main feature prevents the enemy from viewing your killcam, the pro variant no longer places deathmarks when you kill enemies. In addition when allies have died their deathmark appears on the radar for a longer duration. Finally you make 75% less noise when performing normal actions such as walking. Semi-Pro "When you kill an enemy, a Death Mark no longer appears on their HUD, allied Death Marks appear on your HUD longer" Pro "Make 75% less noise when walking, reloading, or priming a grenade"
Observer - Observer increases the duration of which enemies appear on the minimap. The pro variant shows the direction they are facing when they appear on the map. Semi-Pro "Shows Direction Enemy is fcing when UAV is up" Pro "When you kill an enemy, a red Death Mark appears on your allies' HUD's (Great for showing you took out a camping B****)"

Note: To complete these challenges you must have the perk active in that class while doing the appropriate task
Covert (I say "Destroy" because Sentry Guns/SAM Turrets/Valkyrie Rockets count as Killstreak Rewards)

Just so you know. Robert Bowling (FourZeroTwo) confirmed there are no "team perks". Get your facts right. Also, it doesn't make sense to have a "team perk" that would, in reality, only have one person or a 2 man squad ability.
