In the end you get to choose between killing Makarov or not. However, you will need to buy the new DLC in order to perform either action. In the end it doesn't matter, Acti-Blizzard just milks you for cash and they live happily ever after on their beds made of money and the tears of children.

Hahaha. That's too much.
I don't think they will make you decide, because (I think) everyone want to kill him.

That's how they get you. Both endings are you killing him. But they get you to pay for both DLC, just so you know what actually happens.

Hah. You know what I would if that was the case.

So we all know the continued series with this game, but will we finally get to kill Makerov? Or is there just more story line?

I believe there will be more storyline, unless Activision and Infinity Ward decide to put a close and let the MW series rest in peace, but one of the trailers makes it look so convincing that Makarov will defenitely die, as a soldier is in a building aiming a rifle towards Makarov as he pulls up in a vehicle. We won't know for sure until it arrives. ^_^

It has already been released that this story arc will end with MW3, though the MW series will continue.

Never believe anything you read on Kotaku, they are essentially the Fox news of gaming XD
