You will be required to use the steam browser.
1. Launch stem, then hit the View menu option in the bar and select Players
2. Lookup the players name, and then hit Profile.
3. Click Report Violation, then make sure you check off suspected cheater. Be sure to add very good details, aside from they beat you in a match multiple times ;P Some people have the talent, does not mean cheating always.

Wow that seems alot of hassle, why cant you just like 'tag' the player and than later fill in the details or even just make it simple like how it is on the Consoles

I had someone spawn camping on Dome a week or so ago. He was next to the truck that's backed up to the building. Standing on the ground looking at the corner where people spawn, iron sights up, killing as they spawned in his sights. Worst I've ever seen it in CoD. A lot of times it can be argued that you spawned just out of sight. Not this time.

well in a hurry, I quited Free-for-all game after win, but I got prove in my online vault about player [FPM]Max who used some wall-hack cheat, when he died sayd just noob, after game I used to watch replay, ofcourse not in first person, becouse thats not possible, anyway with my experience I can bet that he wasnt clear at all, when shooted with AK+ silencer in such a good accuracy, maybe Im wrong, I hope so, that no cheaters will apear, but in games with no anti-cheating system, and single player gameplay, where PC players are moded for some regulations how to attack, aim, move versus real players ofcourse if anyone get the point.

Like everything is programmed, like everyone have his price...
