Reporting multiplayer mw3 cheaters/hackers

Ran into a guy today who camped in a building on Bakaara with his buddy on the opposing team. He would continuously headshot his friend who was using a tactical insertion until he achieved an MOAB and more. I have video evidence of the two, and even though I reported them, I feel like that isn't going to do anything.

I wish they actually took the reports serious. I've encountered a lot of cheaters...whether it be a lag switch, boosting, or aimbots. It's not nearly as bad as Black Ops or MW2 though

I was wondering if this is cheating: I was playing domination and the game and just begun in that most of use had 2 maybe 3 kills, one player had 6 kills and no deaths which is perfectly normal. He then called in an attack helicopter (must have been using hardline as there had not been a care package yet.), he then died being at 6 kills and 1 death. So sitting and 6-1 at the top of the leaderboard, he called in a reaper. So there had not been any care packages and he only had six straight kills. How is this possible?

I agree, but there are many people who might get frustrated with really good players and report them. How do they filter through all of these?
