Hey, here's a great way to improve your COD skills, most of you probably already do this but i thought I'd share this anyways
Use Unconventional and Hard to use weapons
Try:
Playing with pistols only - Improves situational awareness, trigger finger, aiming and movements
High recoil weapons - Improves aiming and recoil control
Semi - Automatic weapons - Improves aiming and trigger finger
Sniping - Improves situational awareness ad movements


Once you get good at them, u'll be surprised at how much your gameplay have improved as well as earning respect from fellow gamers instead of using try-hard or cheap weapons. Dont get dishearted when you get killed time after time by some guy with a SMG w Rapid fire, use it as motivation and soon enough you'll be able to outgun them and rub it all over their faces

Playing with pistol only must the worst tip ever. How will you improve your aiming and movemenents. Every 1 on 1 will be lost. Only can get them from the back or you have to be lucky and get 1 shot in their head.

Not really, im doing it right now in Kill Confirmed and im winning 70% of 1 on 1s
it improves your aiming because every shot counts, its typically 3-4 shot kill at medium range
It improves your movement because you cant just run around randomly, you have to move in a way so you can flank the enemy as much as possible or atleast surprise them

And btw, if you arnt doing very well in core modes, try playing Hardcore gamemodes

Ah, thats why you have throwing knives as your lethal grenade slot and if it was HC gamemodes, at Point black range you have a huge advantage because it takes basically an instant for you to ADS and get 1 shot on him whereas his weapon will take longer

I find grenades much more valuable than throwing knives so I rarely use them.

And to the above post: why?
