It is worth It you can brag If u r a higher level and have things to shoot for like prestiging before some but it might help to have a stopping point mine is after I get 10 classes but set higher goals than that like 10th prestige it's not like u can bet the game

Prestiege when you're bored of having everything.I personally prestige asap. Just my preference.

I personally found the Prestige option kind-of annoying. I did it maybe 3 times in Black Ops, but it really isnt worth it. I'm currently level 70 in MW3, and i'm going for all gold guns (Already have G36C Gold (: ) and so I'm not planning on Prestiging. You're right. The rewards that you get for prestiging is very minimalistic. I think we should get something more. Getting all of the guns that you already got also gets boring. I believe that the Prestige was introduced to the Call of Duty series back in Call of Duty 4, is because the game could get a bit boring if you unlocked everything. However, I find the Gold Camo a challenge for me, so i'm going to occupy myself with this until i get all of them.

So all in all, no. I wouldn't prestige.

like most people are saying the tokens are making a worlds difference,like in black ops i loved the G-11 but i never got to use it until i stopped prestiging at about 5 prestige's,i got sick of automatically prestiging and missing out on what i thought was the best weapons ,but with mw3 i got to buy my favorite guns,after all i only use about 5 different guns

Being able to buy your favorite weapon with a token is a big thing though. If you only use one gun most of the time, you might as well. I just prestiged for the 5th time like ten minutes ago

I personally prestige just to keep the game from getting boring. Im pretty disappointed with IW's pathetic effort on the 11-15 emblems though, they suck majorly. I mean come on, how hard is it? lazy bastards

I highly advise doing it. Right now im presteige 7 and i regreat nothing. I have 8 custom classes so i can make a couple mess-around classes like riot sheild and an overkill class. Ive unlocked all my fav weapons, the ak, m60e4, mp7 and model! I also unlocked dead silence since you dont get it till later. If your any good you can unlock kick and red dot+silence in a couple games so prestieging becomes not that big of a deal.
