⌈Black Ops 2⌋ Ideal Perk System With the many comments saying that I should take out Proficiencies...

So...we are here again with another Ideal Perk System for COD9 or Black Ops 2.

I know that I have done another thread with the perk system and proficiencies, but with the many, many, comments saying that I should take out proficiencies because Treyarch most likely not add proficiencies in their next game...so I decided to create another perk system with a few additions and changes to make it so that proficiencies are non-existent so create it so that it was like before.

So with another chart made with ONLY the perk system, tell me what could be changed, added, removed, replaced, or fixed.

= Added Rulings =
* Based Players to start with 1 Lethal & Tactical grenade, instead of having 3 grenades in total.
* Based chart as if there were Strike Package similarities.
* Based gameplay as if selecting through killstreaks were added.
* Have Up on the D-pad (Equipment button) cycle through extra equipment.
* Have Down on the D-Pad assigned to cycle through killstreaks.

I have updated the chart, making it look more like a Black Ops perk system, however with slight modifications and added perks.

I think it's quite balenced, though the other Ideal Perk System you did look more of what Treyarch might do for there game.

And I'm pretty sure they will add some sort of Proficiency to the game.
