The Brothers At War is an international gaming organization dedicated to multiple gaming franchises and games (Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty Black Ops, HALO Reach). We are looking to recruit mature, dedicated players who enjoy above everything else, playing these games as part of a team.

Stipulations on joining the Brothers At War

+Must be at least 16 years of age

The Brothers At War is not concerned with your k/d ratio or what level prestige you are. Yes, we are a competitive organization but we also support casual gamers as well. We are here to support our community, and offer training to assist those who may feel they require some tips and tricks of the trade.

For any member of their nations Armed Forces (currently active or prior service), no evaluation period is required to join. So if you are looking to join more than just a gaming clan, and want to be apart of a community, then we may be the answer you are looking for!

Just a heads up, we are seeking to fill key staff positions within our MW3 Division:

Division Commander - The Division Commander is responsible for the franchise (CoD), developing generalized tactics and call outs, as well as guiding the Division through moves (from sequel to sequel). The Division Commander also oversees Brigade Commanders, and assists in recruitment efforts.
XBOX Brigade Commander - The Brigade Commander is responsible for his/her individual console management, primarily the recruitment of members for his/her console. While the Brigade Commander may not directly recruit personnel, he/she may be overseeing a recruitment team for that console. The Brigade Commander also directly oversees Battalion Commanders and ensures that training programs are in place and followed.
PS3 Brigade Command - Same as above
1st and 2nd Battalion Commander(s) - Battalion Commanders are regional leaders. The Brothers At War break down our units based on time zone, to accommodate practices with personnel in their time zone. Battalion Commanders oversee all Squads within their time zone, as well as directly oversee the Basic Training Squad for their Battalion. Battalion Commanders are responsible for the proper operation of Squads, and that training regimes are followed as well as guidance handed down from higher echelons.

Staff positions are very user intensive and require a good amount of work to do so. We are looking for dedicated, hard working individuals who love Call of Duty and love MW3, and want to be leaders in a very well structured organization.

+Able to access our website daily and for several hours at a time (if necessary)
+Willing to follow instructions
