noob to forum and game Gamers with families

I'm new to the world of fps and 1st time playing pvp is MW3 and getting better the more I play. Looking to play along with people but I see a lot of people looking for required number of k/d and my stats are poor. If I started out new I'm sure they would look better and if I was able to play with cooperative players I'm sure they would be better. I bought headset but nobody really coordinates but rather talk s**t. I have day job and a baby at home so I also deal with background noise that might bother people. I guess my question is, is there a clan or group of people that are casual but passionate players looking to play together that could handle a kid, dogs and my lady in the background? 32yr Guy looking to really experience the real Dallas of MW3! my PSN name is bandog424 if interested to contact and play.
