New maps for elite Won't work

Everytime that I keep trying to access my elite maps I paid money for, it says that the black box map isn't download or corrupt or damaged, even though I did download it and had no problems during download, now it is gone from the playstation store unless I want to download the collection for 14.99? How come I have to do this considering I paid for all the maps.

Same thing happened to me on 360 when they first came out. I deleted the save file from my HD and contacted ELITE customer support. They were able to "re-push" the download to my game for me so I can download it again. Worked fine after that.
